Gift Certificates
...the ideal gift for any occasion! Gift certificates are good for 90 days from the date of purchase and are available in any dollar amount or for specific services. Speak with a front desk coordinator for any gift certificate needs.
Spa Check In
Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to your scheduled spa appointment. This allows for any necessary paperwork to be completed and to begin your relaxation experience.
Arriving Late
Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late, your spa session/service may be shortened in order to accommodate others who appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist/stylist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a service at all. (Regardless of the length of a spa service actually performed, you will be responsible for the "full" session when you arrive late.)
Cancellations
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and/or stylist and because all services are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. Your stylist's and therapist's time is very valuable, as well as other guests who are waiting for availability to receive services at Bellefontes. If this becomes a challenge, prepayment may be required for certain servicesin order to hold your appointment reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forego their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a "no-show". Prepayment may be required in order to hold your appointment reservation in the future if this continues to be a challenge.
Our Guarantee
Bellefontes wants you to be pleased with your experience here. If you have a challenge about your service, we want to know as soon as possible. We will gladly remedy any challenge that is brought to our attention in a reasonable and timely manner.
Bellefontes is not responsible for any damage or theft of personal property while visiting or receiving services at the salon and spa. If you have any concerns, please discuss them with your therapist, stylist or a manager before beginning your service.
Bellefontes respectfully requests that children be supervised by an adult at all times when visiting the salon. This is for their own safety and out of respect for the comfort and enjoyment of our other guests. Thank You.
